Buyer protection

Platform

Can tickets listed on TIXVOY be transferred?

Only tickets the seller can legally transfer should be listed. Many Japanese platforms allow companion-ticket distribution, while ID-bound or organizer-restricted tickets must disclose the transfer method before purchase.

Are ID-bound Japanese tickets safe to buy?

ID-bound tickets need extra caution. Buy only when the listing clearly explains the name-change or transfer method and confirms the organizer allows transfer; otherwise entry may be denied.

Do I need a Japanese phone number or fan-club account?

Usually no for TIXVOY checkout. Some e-ticket receipt methods may still require an account, so check the order instructions before purchase.

Buying

When will I receive my ticket after buying on TIXVOY?

For Japan e-tickets, the seller transfers the ticket after payment according to the order instructions. Confirm receipt only after the ticket appears in the required account. Paper-ticket shipping depends on the agreed delivery method.

What payment methods are supported?

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Most major credit and debit cards are supported, and TIXVOY does not store card numbers.

What happens if the seller does not deliver or the ticket is wrong?

Buyer funds stay protected until receipt is confirmed. If the seller misses the delivery window or the ticket materially differs from the listing, TIXVOY can check the case and help cancel the order or issue a refund.

What should I do if I cannot find a ticket?

Post a buying request with your preferred date, seat area, quantity, and budget. When matching supply appears, TIXVOY can notify both sides and help continue with the AI concierge.

Selling

When does a seller get paid?

Seller payout starts after the buyer confirms receipt. Funds are usually sent to the connected payout account within 1-3 business days, minus platform fees.
