Sendai Sunplaza Hall is part of a hotel, hall and conference complex in Tsutsujigaoka, Miyagino Ward. Completed in March 1991, its movable-floor hall holds up to 2,710 people in lecture configuration and 2,054 for concerts, or 2,372 when restricted-view seats are included.

JR Senseki Line Tsutsujigaoka Station Exit 2 is immediately beside the complex, and JR Sendai Station East Exit is about a 13-minute walk. Food and drink are prohibited in the auditorium and the site is smoke-free. Wheelchair users should contact the organizer because the entrance has a ramp but the hall has no elevator.
