Important Warning: The Keiyo Line "Trap" at Tokyo Station

The JR Keiyo Line platform at Tokyo Station is located deep underground, requiring approximately 10 minutes of walking from other JR platforms (Yamanote, Chuo, etc.). First-timers consistently underestimate this transfer time. Leave early.

TGS Transit Tips

Kaihimmakuhari Station gets extremely crowded on public days, especially before opening
Go off-peak — arriving after 11:00 avoids the worst crowds
After closing (17:00), return trains are also packed — wait 20 minutes before heading to the station
