Why TIXVOY exists
For most international fans, seeing a concert in Japan is a wall. Native Japanese platforms — eplus, Ticket Pia, Lawson Ticket, ticket board — require a Japanese phone number, a Japanese address, and a Japanese-language interface. Popular shows are distributed by lottery (chusen) that favors fan-club members, and foreign-issued credit cards often fail at checkout. Fans fly to Tokyo and still can't get in.
TIXVOY was built to close that gap for international fans in Asia's live entertainment market. We wrapped a compliant secondary-market engine in four independent language sites (zh / en / ja / ko), with Stripe Connect handling cross-border payments, seller identity verification, and payment/payout status. Buyers can lock tickets with a single natural-language request to our AI concierge ("King Gnu, Tokyo Dome, May"); sellers are paid after order completion.
The TIXVOY team spans Tokyo and Greater China and is deeply familiar with both sides of this market — Japan's 2019 Ticket Resale Prohibition Act and price caps on specified events, and the actual behavior of international fans trying to buy tickets. The product is designed as an Asia-market platform from day one.
What we will not compromise on
Compliant & transparent
Full compliance with Japan's 2019 Ticket Resale Prohibition Act. Price caps on specified events, verified seller identity, every transfer traceable.
Stripe-grade buyer protection
Payment and payout status are tracked through Stripe Connect. Confirmed counterfeit tickets get a double refund; seller delivery failure is handled with replacement tickets first, then a full refund if none are available.
Foreigner-first, by design
Not localized afterwards — architected from the first line of code for international fans. No Japanese phone required, native 4-language UX, JPY pricing with live local-currency conversion.
AI as the way you buy
Not just a search box. Tell our AI concierge who you want to see, where, and what you can spend — it returns bundled tickets, venue guide, and trip plan.
Why TIXVOY is different
Asia vision, Japan first
TIXVOY serves Asia's live entertainment market with a clear Japan transaction layer today: phone numbers, addresses, lotteries, payment, language, and transfer rules are specific barriers for international fans.
Native in 4 languages
Chinese (zh), English (en), Japanese (ja), Korean (ko) — four independent sites with full hreflang cross-linking. Not a translation widget; four real localized experiences.
Japan 2019 Act compliant
Price caps on specified events, verified seller identity, traceable transfers. TIXVOY operates under Japan's Act on Prevention of Unauthorized Resale of Tickets for Specified Events.
Foreign cards + Alipay + WeChat Pay
Stripe Connect accepts major international credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay — all live. No Japanese-issued card required; mainland China users pay natively.
