Umi no Mori Park is a large seaside park located in Koto Ward, Tokyo, at 2-1 Umi no Mori. Situated within Tokyo Port, it is a metropolitan maritime park managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Port and Harbor Bureau. The park was constructed on land reclaimed between 1973 and 1987 and is one of the most extensive park areas in central Tokyo. The aquatic sports area opened in June 2019, with the entire park fully opening in March 2025. Primarily functioning as a versatile outdoor venue, it hosts large-scale music festivals and public events, with a maximum capacity of approximately 30,000 people. The venue features open lawns and plazas without fixed seating, offering unobstructed sightlines, though attendees should be prepared for weather conditions. Its seaside location provides good ventilation. The park has become a key site for major outdoor music festivals in Tokyo, attracting numerous domestic and international artists, offering a unique concert experience by the waterfront near the city center.
