TOKYU THEATRE Orb is a musical theatre on the 11th floor of Shibuya Hikarie at 2-21-1 Shibuya. The official access page gives direct routes from Shibuya Station: a second-floor link from JR and Keio Inokashira lines, a first-floor connection from the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and direct access from Exit B5 for the Tokyu Toyoko, Den-en-toshi, Hanzomon and Fukutoshin lines. Visitors then use the Shibuya Hikarie lifts to level 11. The official seating guide shows three audience levels and wheelchair positions on level one; production sets can change the view from a given seat.

A ticket should be matched to the musical or stage production, date and performance time, then to its floor and seat category. Do not infer sightlines from price alone: the official seating page states that set design can alter the view, and side, upper-level or standing products can carry event-specific restrictions. Confirm whether the ticket is a normal reserved seat, side-front seat, standing exchange voucher or another product, plus the collection and wheelchair procedures. Theatre Orb has no dedicated car park and Shibuya Hikarie does not offer a parking discount for theatre use, so the station connection is the reliable default. Allow time to reach level 11 and to exit with the post-show crowd.
