Okayama Art Creation Theater Harenowa

Okayama Geijutsu Sōzō Gekijō Harenowa is situated in Omotecho, Kita-ku, Okayama City, within the bustling downtown area and easily accessible from Okayama Station. Opened in 2023, this venue is Okayama's newest comprehensive arts complex, featuring three theaters of varying sizes. Its main theater is a large proscenium-stage hall with a fixed seating capacity of 1,737. Designed as a multi-purpose facility, it hosts a wide range of performances including drama, musicals, classical and contemporary concerts, and dance. The auditorium employs a tiered seating arrangement, offering clear sightlines from most seats. The stage equipment and acoustic systems meet professional production standards, accommodating diverse performance requirements. As the only venue in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions equipped with three distinct theaters, it is establishing itself as a key destination for live performances in the area.
