Izumiotsu Phoenix is a large waterfront outdoor-event area at 6-1 Nagisa-cho in Izumiotsu, Osaka. The official venue describes more than 19 hectares across a multipurpose green and paved multipurpose plaza, used for large music festivals, vehicle events and location work. It is an open site rather than a fixed-seat arena: stages, admission gates, standing blocks, toilets, food areas and vehicle routes are installed differently for each event.
