The Hirosawa City Hall Main Hall

The prefectural cultural hall in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, formerly known as the Ibaraki Prefectural Culture Center, is located in Chibamachi. It is conveniently accessible from JR Joban Line's Mito Station. This is a multi-purpose cultural facility primarily used for concerts, stage plays, and similar performances.
