About FOUR MINUTES — The Pianist’s Four Minutes
The Japanese production of this Korean musical, adapted from the German film Four Minutes, is directed by Kae Inaba. It follows a strict piano teacher and a gifted young prisoner whose difficult pasts collide through music. Kei Aran plays the teacher, with Natsumi Kon and Meimi Tamura alternating as Jenny. Umeda Arts Theater produces the staging, presented in Tokyo in December 2026 and Osaka in January 2027.
