About YONA YONA WEEKENDERS
YONA YONA WEEKENDERS are a Japanese trio comprising Isono-kun on vocals and guitar, Shingo Suzuki on bass, and Sohshi Obara, also known as “beatsoldier,” on drums. All three have continued band activity while working company jobs, and the name expresses a wish to enjoy every night as if it were the weekend. Rooted in melodic hardcore and punk, they made their major-label debut through SPEEDSTAR RECORDS on 7 April 2021 with the digital single “Ii Yume” and have continued to build their audience through regular releases and touring.
