About Kohei Ueno
Kohei Ueno is a Japanese saxophonist from Tokai, Ibaraki, and a graduate of Tokyo University of the Arts. He won first prize and the special grand prize in the saxophone division of the 28th Japan Wind and Percussion Competition, then placed second at the 6th Adolphe Sax International Competition in 2014. He made his recording debut that year with “Adolphe ni Tsugu.”
