About Kisho Taniyama
Kisho Taniyama is a Japanese voice actor and singer who began his voice-acting career in 1995 and has long been represented by Ken Production. Alongside work in animation, games and Japanese dubbing, he has released music as a solo vocalist. He also formed the rock unit GRANRODEO with composer and guitarist Masaaki Iizuka, performing under the name KISHOW as its lead singer and writing all of the unit’s lyrics. His career therefore joins character performance, anime song and full-scale live rock rather than treating music as a brief extension of acting.
