About Moeka Shiotsuka
Moeka Shiotsuka is a Japanese singer-songwriter and guitarist. She is the vocalist and guitarist of the alternative-rock band Hitsujibungaku and writes and composes all of the band’s songs. Hitsujibungaku made its major-label debut in 2020, while Shiotsuka has also pursued solo performances, collaborations, screen music and acting work.
