About SDA48 Viola Ensemble
SDA48 is a Japanese professional ensemble made entirely of violists and founded by violist Sachiko Suda. Formed for the opening programme of Senzoku Gakuen College of Music's Silver Mountain, it presented its first tongue-in-cheek “general election” concert in November 2013 and has continued through large and small ensembles, lecture concerts and recordings.
