About Shunske Sato
Shunske Sato is a Japanese violinist, conductor and teacher born in Tokyo in 1984. He began the violin at two, moved to the United States at four and later studied in New York, Paris and Munich. He has taught historical violin at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam since 2013. That year he became concertmaster of the Netherlands Bach Society, serving as its artistic leader from 2018 to 2023.
