About Quruli
Quruli is a Japanese rock band formed around September 1996 in the Rock Commune music club at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto. Its current core members are vocalist and guitarist Shigeru Kishida and bassist and vocalist Masashi Sato. The group made its major-label debut in 1998 with the single “Tokyo” and has continued to release stylistically varied work while retaining a strong creative connection to Kyoto.
