About NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra
The NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra was founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 1945. Formerly known as the NDR Symphony Orchestra, it adopted its present name in 2016 and became the Elbphilharmonie's resident orchestra when the hall opened in 2017.
