About Hiroyuki Mito
Hiroyuki Mito is a Japanese conductor born in Ebetsu, Hokkaido, in 1988. He completed both undergraduate and master's studies in conducting at Tokyo College of Music, then worked as an assistant to Junichi Hirokami, Kentaro Kawase and Kazuki Yamada. In 2016 the NHK Symphony Orchestra appointed him assistant conductor to Paavo Järvi.
