Kohjiya

Kohjiya is a Japanese rapper and songwriter born in Nagasaki in 2002 and based in Tokyo. His stage name comes from Kojiya-machi, the Nagasaki neighbourhood where he grew up. He began rapping with local friends while young, worked on music and graphics as part of the creative collective MADz’s, and began pursuing his solo career in earnest in 2020.
