About Takao Kisugi
Takao Kisugi is a Japanese singer-songwriter and composer who debuted in 1976 with the single Asai Yume. His 1977 composition My Luxury Night for Hatsumi Shibata drew attention to his songwriting, while his own 1981 releases included Goodbye Day and Yume no Tochū. He also composed Sailor-fuku to Kikanjū, Silhouette Romance and Second Love, earning major honours at the Japan Composition Awards, and has sustained a long recording and national touring career.
