About Gen Yokosaka
Gen Yokosaka is a Japanese cellist born in Niigata in 1986. He became the youngest winner of the Viva Hall Cello Competition in 2002, later received the Idemitsu Music Award and the Hideo Saito Memorial Fund Award, and won second prize in cello at the 2010 ARD International Music Competition in Munich.
