About Christian Tetzlaff
Christian Tetzlaff is a German violinist born in Hamburg in 1966. His 1988 performances of Schoenberg's Violin Concerto in Berlin, Munich and Cleveland brought him international attention, followed by appearances with orchestras including the Berlin, Vienna and New York Philharmonics. In 1994 he founded the Tetzlaff Quartet with colleagues including his cellist sister Tanja Tetzlaff.
