About B’z
B’z is a Japanese rock duo formed by guitarist, composer and producer Tak Matsumoto and vocalist and lyricist Koshi Inaba. The pair debuted in 1988 with the single “Dakara Sono Te wo Hanashite” and the self-titled album “B’z.” They have continued to release studio recordings and tour under the LIVE-GYM banner, while Matsumoto and Inaba also maintain separate solo careers. The B’z catalogue remains rooted in their long-running creative partnership.
