About Anne Queffélec
Anne Queffélec is a French classical pianist born in Paris. After graduating with distinction from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, she continued her studies in Vienna with Paul Badura-Skoda, Jörg Demus and Alfred Brendel. Her prizes at the 1968 Munich International Music Competition and the Leeds International Piano Competition the following year opened an international career spanning solo recital, chamber music and performances with orchestra.
