About A Perfect Circle
A Perfect Circle are an American alternative-rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1999 by guitarist and composer Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan. Howerdel is the group’s principal musical architect, while Keenan supplies lead vocals, lyrics and vocal melodies. The wider lineup has changed across different eras and recordings, but Howerdel and Keenan have remained the project’s creative core.
